Key points of our terms
- These terms apply to all contracts on services of the EOZ – Europa Office Zentrum Düsseldorf (business address, mail, phone, office and meeting room services).
- Services are provided according to the booked package; the scope results from the respective offer and the contract document.
- Prices are stated exclusive of statutory VAT; rent and add-on services are billed monthly.
- Contracts can be cancelled at short notice in accordance with the agreed terms.
- The customer is responsible for the lawful use of the business address.
- German law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf where legally permissible.
